做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
