做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
