做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
