做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
