做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
