做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
