做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
