做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
