做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
