做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
